About this Bursary
Allan Percival Smith was the beloved husband and best friend of Clare Smith. He attended Rothesay High School and Technical College before becoming a highly respected civil engineering technician. He was very active in the community and his church. She and the family wish to honour his memory through establishing with the Foundation a permanent endowment fund for one or more bursaries to be awarded to graduates from Rothesay High School who are pursuing post-secondary education in the field of engineering.Selection Process
